❤️Professional Dog Lover❤️

Pet care experience

Pickup & Dropoff hours are 9am-7pm •••••> Returning clients: please send me a message about the dates you need if they fall on my unavailable dates. I always love seeing my doggy clients again so I may be able to accommodate you depending on dates and length of stay! As you can tell from my photos, my dogs and all of the dogs in my care are my life. They are all spoiled and enjoy the many activities we do together. *** I own a local doggy daycare which is a separate location than my house. If you book with me on Rover, it is for your dog to stay with me at my home with my family. My doggy daycare is only open 3 days a week right now during the day due to COVID-19, so if your dog's stay falls on one of the days my daycare is open, your pup can come to work with me with your permission. Because working with dogs and their owners is my full-time job and main focus, my schedule is typically flexible. I have been working with animals professionally for most of my adult life, including working for nonprofit organizations, working at the humane society, starting my own non-profit rescue organization, working as the assistant for a humane officer, and working as a dog trainer. I am comfortable with all animal handling and behavior. Although I have cats, they have their own areas in the house where they can be separated from any dogs who don't get along with cats. I believe that it's extremely important to keep a dog's mind busy, so I put a lot of thought and attention into activities for their mental stimulation. My dogs and I enjoy playing food games & food puzzles, learning/practicing fun tricks, games such and "hide & seek," scent games, fetch, swimming, etc. Your dog will likely sleep a lot for the day or two after returning home-- a tired dog is a happy dog! (: - I have a 6ft privacy fence and my yard is completely fenced in. There are double gates like at a dog park for extra security. - I have a lot of toys! Please leave your own toys at home, because the other dogs here will likely destroy them. - I have my own insurance in addition to the coverage Rover provides. - I have baby gates throughout my house, and I make sure that all dogs are secure behind a gate before opening the door. - My yard and home is sprayed for fleas/ticks every other month. Please still make sure that your dog is current on your flea/tick protection of choice. - I have many extra dog bowls, so you can leave yours at home for ease of packing. - You are welcome to bring your dog's favorite treats if you'd like, or I do provide high quality, raw, grain/gluten/antibiotic-free Stella and Chewy's treats during their stay with your permission. - I love helping homeless dogs find their forever home! I always have a foster dog here. :) My house is best described as a dog park sleepover party! Your dog will have the socialization benefits of a dog park or doggy daycare, carefully monitored by an experienced dog trainer, with the comfort of sleeping in a home with my family. I always have other dogs here, so keep this in mind when booking as some people are looking for a place where their dog will be the only dog- in that case this wouldn't be a good fit. My home is best for dogs who want to play or enjoy the company of others, socialize, and stay busy with all the activities we do each day. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- If you would like to add the bathing service to your dog's vacation, I have the following types of shampoo available: *all natural oatmeal shampoo for sensitive or dry skin/coat *deshedding shampoo *itch relief shampoo for dogs with allergies or skin conditions *puppy shampoo *blue shampoo for brightening white fur Bath will be given on the day of pick-up so that your dog comes home smelling and looking their best! I finish up with Paul Mitchell conditioner for dogs, Spa Paw treatment lotion, and a brush/blow dry. I can also clip your dog's nails for an additional charge. Just ask! :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have used Tia for over two years, since my dog was a puppy. She takes EXCELLENT care of my pooch Yogi and I miss her dearly ever since moving away. She always sends pictures and is incredibly flexible.

Annie absolutely loves to go to Tia’s house! Every time I leave her there my heart is at ease because I know she’s safe, loved, and having fun with her friends. Thanks again for always being so accommodating!
