Ti was flexible with the pick up time, with our flight being delayed and switched multiple times. She provided daily photos / videos of our pup, once requested. Initial photos were blurry but improved as days passed. We were happy that we could facetime with her and our pup while we were away, however there were some scheduling challenges in having the facetime call which left us waiting anxiously for her call. When we picked up our pup, we noticed that his bed was soaked in pee. On a good note, our pup did become good friends with her cat and we saw them playing together when we picked him up. Lastly, the house did seem rather warm where she kept our dog, which is not ideal for summer time heat. Our pup was very thirsty when we got back home.

Ti was awesome! Took great care of my puppy (son) and treated him like one of the family. She also helped get him acclimated with being better at taking walks. Will be using her services again the future :)
