Thuy wasn't there at the time we were due to drop Ellie off, even though she'd said she was working from home. Her boyfriend was there and he didn't have the app. We couldn't find their flat and tried several times to get in touch but had no response. I'd originally asked if we could meet her but was told it was only a 10 minute walk from the train station and she couldn't because she was working from home. It was an 18 minute walk but then because we couldn't find it and had no response it took 40 minutes. I was later told the messages hasn't gone through, which seems unlikely to me. This affected our day significantly. We weren't invited in to see the flat at all, even when I suggested I come in to settle Ellie in. The positives were that her boyfriend who was the only one there was friendly and kept us updated with photos and comments. They kept Ellie later than originally arranged (still only a days length) as we had to alter our plans. Thuy was there when we collected Ellie and was apologetic.

Would not hesitate to recommend Thuy. My dog Jake suffers with separation anxiety and seemed totally relaxed with Thuy and her dog. Thuy was able to watch Jake on short notice and really helped us out
