Pet care experience
I go by Taz and I've had all sorts of animals since I was born. I grew up with a dog and then had two cats when I was younger. I currently have a dog, a cat, two turtles and a bearded dragon so I understand that all animals have their specific needs. I have pet sat for several families and friends when i was younger and quickly discovered how much I love it. I am currently taking it a little bit easy over the summer since I will have both of my kids at home with me during the day and I work nights. If you are ok with me bringing my kiddos ( 5 and almost 2) along then please feel free to reach out. I have been teaching them to love and respect all animals the way I have learned.

I always am on high alert coming in someone's home and when leaving to make sure no animals are trying to escape. I have a cat that likes to speak out with the dog or the kids especially in the summer time so it's pretty important to me. I also try to be aware of my surroundings as best as possible when there isn't a private yard or on walks to see another animal before the dog does. This helps me be ready depending on their body language.

I always like to know the good and bad so can help in every situation. It's great to know what the animal loves but also really important to know what they do not and how they react. It is important to know if the animals act a certain way around new people or if they have a bad habit when they are alone for longer periods of time.
A typical day
I am very versatile depending on what the dog likes to do. As an example, my girl loves to play fetch so we do that several time a day. I do love to go for walks and hikes and there are many in the Hillsboro/ Beaverton area.

I work nights front half of the week so I can check in on animals when I get off work and in the later afternoons. On my day off I'm fairly open.
