A number of times Theresa took care of my not so friendly kitty while I was away. She spoke to me over the phone about my concerns as a first time pet sitting customer. She had a meet and greet with my cat who in her own way seemed to like Theresa (she did not hiss at her as she does many people). She is very customer service oriented (both for people and their pets), professional, and passionate about what she does. She traveled multiple times a day to look in on, feed, and clean her litter. She brought special treats, sent me pictures, and even spent extra time attempting to socialize with my anti-social baby! She would ask if it was ok to turn the air conditioner on while she stayed extra time just so my cat could cool off a little on warmer days. As if that was not enough and more than a client could ask for I noticed it looked as though some light house work had been done since the full bag of trash I left accidentally had been taken out and a few dishes I had left in the sink were in the draining board washed. Although I was nervous about giving keys out to someone other then a family member, and more importantly entrusting them with caring for my fur-baby, the experience was awesome and the next time I used Theresa's services when she came in my kitty rubbed up against her legs which was a sure sign she had been well taken care of in her case! I would never resort to boarding again unless absolutely necessary as the services Theresa provides and the cost she provides them at can not be matched.
