Due to personal circumstances, I currently have limited availability for overnight care. I remain available for visits after 5 PM most days. *** I am a lifelong animal lover: cats, dogs, and more. Let me give your pets as much love as you do, while you're gone! I've been around animals all my life, from owning my first dog at age six, to my beloved cats as an adult. I am happy to care for pets of all ages and sizes, and can handle special needs if discussed beforehand. If you own a more unusual pet than a dog or a cat, let me know: I'd love to learn about them and their care! I would love to build consistent relationships with clients and their pets. Theresa is terrific! She follows a complicated care routine for my senior cat, cleans after her, remembers small care details, and gives attention. I receive updates every day and know my pet is in good, caring hands. So lucky to have Theresa as a sitter!
Theresa was great taking care of my little kitty guy. She spent a lot of time with him, gave him his meds that he needed, and kept me very up to date with her detailed messages after each visit. She also helped with a few little things that I needed to have done while I was away like checking on/feeding my hermit crabs and such. When my plane got canceled on my way back and I got home 12 hours later, she was willing to add on an extra visit to what I requested to make sure everyone was fed and not too lonely. I would highly recommend Theresa.
Theresa was an amazing caretaker. Our normally shy and suspicious cat seemed to take a liking to her, and even seems more friendly after our vacation. Theresa's updates were useful and humorous, and we were never in any doubt that Myree was being taken care of.
Theresa is a great and reliable sitter. She does an amazing job of looking after my cat and keeping him entertained. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

A typical day
As a Champaign-Urbana native I know many of the best places for walks with dogs! In parks or in your home, your dog and I can play games like fetch or tug, or just relax together. I am happy to provide light grooming as well (brushing) to dogs who need it and enjoy it. I have experience administering a number of medications to dogs and cats: pills, oral syringe, subcutaneous injection/fluids, and all manner of drops. Also happy to provide care for and lavish attention on feline friends!
