Pet care experience
Hi I am Thalia! I have had a love for dogs and cats since I could remember. I grew up having dogs such as pit bulls and chihuahuas. We also had hamsters, fish, birds, turtles, and a bunny. When I was 11 or 12 I decided to get some neighborhood kids together and start a dog walking business. On multiple occasions friends rely on me when on vacation to make sure their furry loved one is well attended to.

We placed our two spoiled little dogs and two quirky cats in Thalia's care while on a trip out of the country. She was wonderful! She dealt with every one of our pet's unique habits and behaviors, and made them all feel loved and cared for. We received daily photos and updates, so we never had a worry about the well-being of our furry family. We returned to a tidy home and pets who were calm, happy and healthy. We highly recommend Thalia, and will definitely have her care for our pets for future trips!
We have booked with Thalia several times now - she is always amazing with our dog, staying in touch and sending lots of pictures while we are gone.
Thalia was amazing with our menagerie of pets! We have two very spoiled little rescue dogs, one of whom is newer to our family and not trusting of strangers. Thalia made friends with her in one day! She also managed the comings and goings of our two very independent cats. Thalia provided the care each of our pets needed to be happy, and provided us with pictures and updates. We will definitely use her again!
Thalia is wonderful and I'm very thankful she stays with my pups while I'm away. My dogs really like her!

I am vigilant and treat all fur children as if they were my own. Because these animals can not communicate through words their needs I pay particular attention to their behavior.
Information Thalia R. would like to know about your pet
Before the first scheduled walk or service I would like to set up a meet and greet. This is the time to see your dog and I interact together. I would need information on if your dog has any special needs, reactivity, and their all time favorite pass time. As a fellow dog lover I will carry treats with me. If your dog is on a special diet or has allergies I would like to find alternative treats to provide. Each first time client will receive a gift!
A typical day
I think mental and physical stimulation and enrichment are important aspects for a dog's day to day. Depending on age of dog and energy level, I have great games to play. Walk routes will also be varied. On nice days we can go hiking at Castle Wood or enjoy a nice stroll through a park.

I am currently working a full time job, however I create my own schedule, making it convenient for the needs of my clients. I am available for walks and house sitting.
