Thaddeus was great with Briscoe. He sent us constant updates and photos the entire stay, which was very comforting. We knew Briscoe was in great hands!

Thaddeus has done a great job with our 8-year old Aussie taking care of her for three nights. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He was very prompt and responsive in communicating with us from the time we booked her stay until the pick-up. He sent us plenty of pictures and updates while we were away and put our mind at ease during our first holiday in seven years without our pooch! We came back to a happy and pampered Bluebell, for whom Thaddeus went the extra mile by letting her sleep on his furniture and even carrying her up the steps when she didn't feel like walking up. He is also a very talented and extremely pleasant person to interact with. Thanks to him, I no longer have to worry about where Bluebell will stay next time.
