Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Tessa and I am one of the biggest animal lovers you’ll ever meet! A little history: I currently only have one cat but have had pet dogs since the age of 11 and have worked as a dog walker for four years. I have also fostered dogs to help find them loving homes. I have experience with dogs of all ages, shapes, and sizes. And if you have cats, I can take care of them, too! Please contact me if you are interested in my services. We've hired Tessa many times now. We trust her. This last time I left out the wrong key and she went above and beyond to try to help. And even my temperamental cat likes her ?
Worst experience ever! I came home early from my trip early only to find the house in a mess. There was a metal can lid lying on the counter and the trash can was left open which all could have seriously injured my cats. A spoon full of cat food along with dirty plates were left on the counter. There was no dry food in the bowl. The litter box was not emptied. The water bowl was low. The automatic laser toy was found broken. I contacted Rover for a refund and sent pictures but they never responded. Rover did not mind taking my money though. I will never use this service again and I do NOT recommend using this sitter.
Tessa did great with our 2 cats, even with some complications. One of our cats is diabetic and has neuropathy and needs insulin 2 times daily and pain medication once per day. She was able to develop enough of a relationship that he did not run from her, and she sent photos and a brief report to us each time she visited. Tessa is great with the animals and we appreciate her very much! We would definitely re-hire her. Thank you, Tessa!
