When I take your dog out for a walk, it will not be just so he or she can use the restroom, but an experience where they will be able to enjoy the outdoors, an opportunity for them to let out their energy, and a time where they will be able to experience knew smells and sites. Being an avid dog lover, I know what a dog walk encompasses and feel very passionate that every dog, big or small, should have the opportunity to get outside and enjoy their time in new bushes, meeting new dogs, and playing games. My love for dogs started when I received my dog for my seventh birthday. Casper was my best friend, who came with many tears when he had cancer in his front left leg, but also many laughs when he made his Chewbacca howl. Transitioning from four legs to three legs, we learned new walks and which terrains were best for his situation. Experiencing this allows me to understand that every dog requires different distances, terrains, and even breaks for their walk to be the most beneficial. Dogs are beyond special. They provide us with comfort and smiles by purely looking at us, panting heavily with their smelly breathe. The bond between a owner and their dog is chemically unexplainable, however anyone that owns a dog will always express how much they adore their furry friend. Recently my dog Casper passed away and while he is no longer with me, my memories of his silly and cuddly ways always remain. Having the opportunity to walk dogs will fulfill my previous dog walking task and my love for dogs.
