I am capable, caring, reliable, patient, honest and trustworthy. My social skills are excellent and I combine all of this with a wonderful, sometimes zany, sense of humor. I have over 40 years of experience working with animals from reptiles and fish to farm animals and everything in between. I've rescued many wild animals over the years and am willing to provide sitting services for any type of animal. I have trained quite a few dogs my own and for friends, including a puppy for Canine Companions. I also volunteer with two animal organizations including supporting pets of homeless persons and handing out supplies and food on Skid Row. I am patient and gentle but firm and have a natural way of relating to all animals. I am also currently taking classes in veterinary assistance. I recently fostered, and then adopted a dog from Dogs without Borders. I would love the chance to prove my skills and experience with your furry family member!
