The experience with Teri was horrible. My dog lost weight, was a extremely happy dog and now he is the saddest dog ever. The day I was going to pick him up she texted me saying that my dog got chasing a squirrel, and my dog has NEVER chased a squirrel before and I KNOW MY DOG PERFECTLY. Besides the wounds my dog has on his face are obviously from a bite of a bigger dog. She said the wounds were from that morning and the wounds already had scabs which mean that he got hurt at least the day before. She promised to send me pictures of the dog daily and it didn’t happen, I guess to not show the wounds. She promised to give him food 3 times a day and didn’t do it because she gave back to me 3 and a half bags of food that I separated for him in the portions that he is used to eating. She assured me that she only takes care of 1 dog at a time and when I went to drop of my dog she had a dog that she said was aggressive but she said he was getting picked up in a few minutes. When I went to pick up my dog there was another dog there and at least two more dogs. I do not recommend this place to anyone and at this moment I’m doing the reclamation with Rover, to avoid other families to go through what we are going through, especially our dog.

Teri was a fantastic sitter for my cranky, persnickety old girl. I was worried because My Lucy is a little difficult but Teri was patient and welcoming - Lucy did great and even made friends with the cat. Teri was wonderful. She is definitely my go-to when I need a sitter for Miss Lucy and I highly recommend her.
