I hired Teresa from Sunday, March 28, 2021 thru April 2, 2021. This totaled 21 total drop in visits three times a day. Her schedule was 9:30AM, 4:30PM, and 9:30PM for 30 minutes each. Unfortunately, I cannot give this young lady a good review. On day four I had to fire her and have my friend come in and take care of my puppies. She did not come on time or the three times a day she was supposed to be there. The final straw was when I was able to find out that she left my puppies alone for more than 24 hours and left my house wide open so that the little one’s could go in an out, not to mention all the critters that could have come in. I have a great monitoring system on my house which alerted me that the back door was opened. I text her to see what was going on because of the time schedule she was not keeping. I just wanted to find out what she would say. She was unaware that I was able to monitor things. Her response was lie number one. She told me that she took my puppies home with her because her car broke down. It was then the next day that I called my friend to go see what was going on at my house. My friend reported that the puppies were at the house and the back door was standing open. I asked Teresa later when she was going to have the little ones back to my house and she said by the end of the day when they were finished working on her car. Lie number two... I could never use her again. Once someone lies to you it is very hard to trust them, besides who was looking after my fur babies.

We are repeat clients. We utilize her services for when we go out of town. Otis enjoys Teresa and family. They take him for walks. He is a happy camper there.
