Terence was absolutely fantastic. I was so skeptical on using rover and booking a stranger not only to my dogs but also to stay in my home. After meeting Terence and seeing him with my pups I was SO relieved and glad I had chose him! His communication is easily 10/10 and he cared for the dogs as if they were his own babies. I came back to a clean home and spoiled dogs! Couldn't have asked for a better first experience! Thank you Terence!

I know having a stranger in your house anytime is concerning; be it to water a plant or grab the mail but having one care for the livelihood of your loved one with no voice is terrifying especially when you just want to go on vacation. So I don’t say any of this lightly. Before my trip, we scheduled a meet and greet to make sure there was a good fit. After only a short introduction and initial interactions, my normally shy and reserved pup walked up and laid right down next to Terence. And after running through the daily routine, Terence’s knowledge with small dogs was apparent as he asked all the appropriate questions that then put this uptight mom at ease. During my time away, Terence sent regular updates and pictures of my sassy little one, that were so darn cute, I even used them as her IG updates. And when my flight was delayed and I couldn’t get home until late, he even offered to drop back by and make sure she was ok. I will definitely book with Terence again!!
