**Extended Stay Rate is $31/night & is ONLY 4 or more nights** Hi I'm Ted! I rescued my current Hound Dog 2 years ago. He is now 8 years old. I have loved all my dogs and I look forward to taking care of your dog while away! :) Additionally, I am skilled in more special attention-- my current dog struggled with anxiety and eating disorders when I rescued. My dog prior was blind and could barely walk in his last years so carried him around everywhere. With this, I learned lots on love and patience and wouldnt change them for the world. All dogs are unique and therefore I look forward to serving you and your dog to fit their needs best!

We are so happy with Ted as a dog sitter! Ted took great care of our 8 year old lab, Remy. He is flexible, conscientious and kind, and his dog is also easy-going and wonderful with our dog. We will definitely use Ted again next time we travel!
Ted was wonderful with my Senior dog, Ruby. He was easy to work with, follows through, flexible, a true "dog person"! He was so gentle and patient with my senior - great with her medications, potty and feeding schedules, etc. His home is a great environment. And his dog, Jake, was also very gentle with her. I will definitely book with him again!
Teddy watched our dog and two kitties for a night. He has so much patience with my rescue pup. She gets very nervous around people but it seemed she was warming up. He took perfect care of all three. I would strongly recommend him.
Just a great experience over all. Fantastic communication, very flexible, easy to work with and super courteous. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in Teds care.

I have an unfenced yard with my 1 dog, Jake (8y/o 70 lbs). He gets along with all dogs. I let jake run the house. I let him out free as I trained him on the yard boundaries. However, I also am out with him watching. I also have a teather that your dog can be on while we play. I will always take the dogs out for walks... no matter the weather. It is super important they get exercise. They are allowed to free roam the house, drink water when needed. I do have kennel space if needed that is private and special to your dog. I keep a very dog proof clean house. And during the day they can take naps wherever while I work. At night they can sleep where they feel best.

As I mentioned above, I can cater to more specific needs like anxiety or eating disorders. I love dogs of all kinds and sizes. I will care for them as my own. Preference wise-- I would prefer that your dog is under 80 pounds, but can go up to 100 pounds. Otherwise breed wise, at the end of the day all breeds are amazing and deserve love :)
A typical day
Everyday has many potty breaks and play time outside. Of course, walks daily. Inside I have many toys at home and many cuddle spots. Also, if comfortable, I have dog park pass and go there often.

Every morning at 8am we have marking/smell/play time in the yard. A few hours later, we have lunch and then go on 20-30 minute walk. Then after work we have dinner and then cuddle time, play time, more outside time. My dog gets a great schedule! I work from home and have flexible schedule for most needs.
