Pet care experience
Animals have been a part of my life as far back as I can remember! They've always been a huge part of my family and I can't imagine life without at least one little fur (and, or scale) baby. I've had experience with all kinds of different animals in all shapes and sizes so I'm ready to take on anything! I currently have a 6yr old pitbull mix and I know how important it is to know that they are in good hands; I give you my word that they will be while under my care. Thank you for your trust in me and allowing me to be a small part of their lives as well as yours ❤ couldn't fulfill one of my passions without you. I can't wait to meet your little (or big!).

Taysia was a fantastic sitter for my blind dog Stella. This was the first time using Rover, but from the start at the meet and greet I knew Taysia would do a awesome job with Stella. I was gone for 5 days, and from the pictures and texts I got I knew Stella was in good hands, and I could enjoy my vacation. I for sure will contract with Taysia again. Stella and I appreciated Taysia so much!!!
Taysia stayed 3 nights at our house with our 3 dogs, 12.5 years old, 3.5 years old, and 4 months old, as well as our 2 senior cats. Leading up to the stay she took time at weekly drop-ins to build a relationship with our 3.5 year old dog who is scared of new people. She took things at his pace and allowed him to determine their interactions, so he was comfortable with her before our trip. We left for our trip with peace of mind and trust that Taysia would care for our babies like her own. She validated those feelings with daily updates, pictures, and videos. When we returned the babies appeared unfazed by our absence, which in my opinion shows Taysia cared for them like we would. We'll definitely be working with Taysia for future pet-sitting needs.
Taysia was absolutely great! She came on super short notice without having the opportunity to meet us or the dogs first. She came in with minimal instructions and was able to make fast friends with both our furbabies! She gave great updates and sent adorable pictures; after her first visit went without a hitch, I was able to breathe easy knowing the dogs were taken care of.
Taysia is a fantastic dog sitter. She's been coming once a week for 3 weeks and we're so happy to have found her. She writes thorough reports, takes pictures, and videos to show how our baby boys are doing. We highly recommend her.

I will take notes and be attentive to both you and your pets needs. If they enjoy lounging all day, then I'll be happy to keep them company and snuggle up. If they wanna get some fresh air, well, we will take some deep breaths while sitting outside together. If they want to run wild, we'll either go for some nice walks or play with any toy of their choosing. If they like the mischievous life, I'll be sure to keep dangers/desires out of reach, and doors/kennels/gates closed. Again, there will be thorough discussions so I know how best to care for your furry loved one.

Do they enjoy and get along with other dogs? Are there any anxiety triggers I should be aware of? What's their favorite activity? Will they be needing any special attention or care, such as medication?
A typical day
I will typically try to go on a walk at least once a day around the neighborhood, depending on their energy levels. Any and all toys MUST be played with until we find our favorite. After all that excitement we'll get some good ole snuggle time in. If they're really lucky, a treat may be in their future. Likely once a day as well, it can't be helped. Through out our time together, I love taking photos of all of our little adventures or precious moments. You'll always know what we've been up to for the day!

Availability
In addition to Rover, I work as a part time Massage Therapist Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm-9pm and part time as a residential and business cleaner on Tuesdays from 6pm-9pm, Thursdays 9am-2pm, and for 4 hours on a weekend day of my choosing. Details and accommodations will be discussed to figure out what works best for everyone!
