We were always the household that the kids wanted a dog but the parents said no. Fast forward halfway through my childhood and we officially convinced my mom we needed a fur ball running around the house with us. So we all piled into a conversion van, drove up to a puppy rescue organization and became a family of 6 with a lovable, cuddly black labradoodle named Max. Fast forwarding to present day, I get to hang with, and sometimes babysit, my sister’s dogs (a rhodesian ridgeback & a standard poodle named Rue and Oakley). I live in a multi family which is owned by my significant other, AJ. We have a backyard which is divided in half with our tenant and is somewhat fenced in. I work from home Mondays & Fridays and am typically around on weekends. Although I’d love to have a happy wiggling pup to come home to now, I have a decided to wait a bit longer, meet new dog breeds, & go on a few more vacations. 🙂
