Pet care experience
Since I was 3 years old I have lived with every imaginable type of pup, from Miniature Poodles, Miniature Schnauzers, Pit Bulls, Labs and a handful of mixed breeds, there isn’t a dog I don’t feel comfortable with. I’ve also spent a lot of time working with my rescue dogs and helping them overcome their skittishness. Before my last dog passed away, I was always concerned about finding a responsible pet sitter when I had to leave. It’s this understanding from an owner’s perspective, as well as my true love of dogs, that has inspired me to work with Rover. If your pup stays with me, we will hang out all day (I’m home during the day 90% of the time since I work from home) so we would play fetch, relax in the yard, go on a lot of walks or chill out inside by the fireplace I live with my girlfriend in Uptown MN, and we have a nice and comfy 2 BR apartment that is 1100 SQ ft with a large balcony for the dog to hang out on. My girlfriend loves dogs as much as I do, and if it’s allright with you, we’ll spoil them when they are here. (We do allow pups on our bed and couch, too.)

As a first -time boarder through Rover, we couldn’t be happier with Taylor and his care for our two dogs. He clearly loves dogs and has a great dog-friendly and safe home. Our two pups are tired out from their visit, but clearly we’ll taken care of. Thanks Taylor!

Once you meet me, you’ll see that my love for dogs is genuine. I firmly believe that dogs are our best friends, and I will do everything I can while they are staying with me to show them the love and care they deserve. To make sure that I can provide the best possible service, I like to know about your pup’s routine and if they have any special issues, like anxiety or shyness, that you would like me to work with them on while you are away.
A typical day
I work from home and this affords me the opportunity to spend the entire day with your pup while they are in my care. I have a nice and comfy apartment in Uptown that is huge and has a large balcony where your pup can people watch all day long. There will be plenty of walks as well and when we’re done, we can chill out inside in the AC or fireplace. I live with my girlfriend who is also a dog lover and you can be assured your pup will get all the love and attention they deserve.
