Vet Tech, Loving, Trustworthy

Pet care experience

Hi Pet Parents! ☺️🐾 My name is Taylor, I’m 27 years old, and I’d love to get to know you and your furry family! I know it’s stressful to leave your babies in the care of someone else, so I will do my best to make sure your pet’s time away from you is as fun and relaxing as possible! I have been pet sitting and house sitting since I was twelve years old and I also have over eleven years of experience working as a veterinary technician. You can have confidence that I will take great care of your pet(s) while you’re away, including being able to appropriately act in the instance of a medical emergency, thanks to my extensive knowledge and experience in the field of veterinary medicine. I will adhere to any instructions and/or special requests that you may leave for me involving the care of your young or senior pet(s). I’m a very tidy and respectful person and I will treat your home and space accordingly. It will only be me staying in your home, as I do not think it is professional to have others in your home while you’re away. I value your trust in me as your pet’s caregiver and I ensure you that every home I stay in and every pet I watch gets my tender love, care, and attention. I am consistent with keeping pet owners up to date on how their pet is doing with daily texts and pictures/videos. Upon request and for an additional fee, I also offer basic cleaning services and basic grooming services for homes and pets where I will be staying overnight. I can bathe your small, medium, or large dog(s) if you have a space for me to and you are confident that your dog will be behaved well enough for me to safely handle them on my own. It’s a great feeling to not only come home to clean house, but also a clean dog! If you are interested in any of the additional services that I offer, please ask me for some pricing details!

We were in need of a pet sitter, a bit uneasy about leaving our babies with someone new, and then met Taylor. Not only did we feel at ease the first time we met her, our two German Shepherds liked her right away. We prefer in-home sitting, so Taylor stayed for 3 days. Our babies were cared for and loved, and the house was in top shape when we returned. : < ) Taylor went above and beyond with other household things that meant a lot and were much appreciated. It was obvious the dogs were very well cared for and at ease when we returned. We feel so relieved and happy to have found Taylor! Lucca and Ella say Taylor is awesome! Thank you Taylor

Taylor kept our dog for 10 days in our home while we were away on vacation. She took excellent care of our dog and home. She was able to keep our dog on her routine and provided her with daily medication as well. We recently moved to the Atlanta area and this was our first time leaving our dog with someone new. We were so relieved to have found Taylor as we knew our dog was in great care. She kept us updated with pictures and kept our mind at ease. We will definitely work with Taylor next time we need a sitter for our pet!

Taylor is an amazing caregiver. Just from my experience I call her the cat whisper . My cat genuinely loves her and I trust her completely with no worries while I’m out of town . She is a rare gem and we are so lucky to be able to call in her!

Taylor comes and stays in our house to keep our two Bengal kitties whenever we go out of town. It was so nice knowing that our cats were getting some extra love and attention while we were gone. Taylor is so sweet and reliable- we’d trust her a million times over.

Information Taylor M. would like to know about your pet

I am able to care for young, middle-aged, senior, or special needs dogs and cats. If needed, I am comfortable following detailed instructions involving giving oral or injectable medications to your pets while you’re away. Please let me know ahead of time if your dog is dog aggressive/reactive, reactive to anything else, has any fears, has medications/illnesses, or has any other general quirks that may be helpful for me to know about, or any key words used for following commands that you’d like me to know before watching them for you.

A typical day

I love to play and interact with your fur babies as much as possible during my stay. This could mean playing fetch or enjoying a walk around the neighborhood, if it’s something they enjoy and are used to doing with you. If they love car rides, I’m comfortable taking them to a park nearby my house to walk as well. I am also open to swinging them by a Starbucks for a pup cup treat!

I recently started working remotely as an insurance adjuster for a pet insurance company, which allows me to work from home 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday during the week. Since I am lucky enough to work remotely, that means I will be able to work in your home during the day, which will allow me to be able to spend more time with your pets during my stay.
