Pet care experience
Hello! I'm Taylor. I am 30 years old and a transplant from Dallas. I've been in the San Diego area for about 12 years now and I absolutely love it because it's always good weather for a nice long walk with a furry friend! I have been taking care of my parents dogs for about 12 years and started doing Rover about 4 years ago. I have one pup of my own now as well 🐶 Walking dogs is such a great reason to get outside and I always have the best company! I'm very active and I love to have a 4 legged pal with me on my adventures. I am pretty experienced with all types, sizes, and personalities of dogs at this point due to being a Rover walker for 4+ years now. I am a recent UCSD graduate currently working full-time for a research facility and am hoping to continue with Rover in the afternoons and on the weekends. My dog is scared/super protective over home and Taylor was so patient with working with us to help get her used to having someone come over!
Really loves her job- it shows. We have two cats, different ages, different personalities, different needs. Taylor handled with no problem. She stays in close communication. Taylor just takes a lot of worry away. With her you know your are in good , caring , competent hands.
Taylor was so kind to agree to sit for us so last minute. She was very detailed in her visit. She even gave my kitties some love even though she didn’t have to.
Taylor is amazing! My dogs love her. She always takes good care of them!

I do not currently offer any services in my own home. While in your home, I will respect your boundaries and privacy and always respect the access that you have given me to your home. I always clean up after myself and after any fur babies I am watching after. I never leave doors open, a habit instilled in me from owning two skittish cats for many years, so be assured your pets will be secured inside, unless on a leash in a controlled setting. I typically avoid interactions with other pets and animals while on walks with dogs just to be safe for your dog and the other animal. Any other questions please feel free to ask 🙂 I currently do not accept first time clients without first doing a meet & greet due to safety reasons. Thanks for your understanding.

Is your dog food aggressive? Is your dog aggressive towards other dogs, small animals, or people/kids? What is your usual exercise routine? Does your dog have any allergies I should know about? Does your dog have any medical conditions?
A typical day
Your pup can expect long walks into the sunset, sunning their buns at the beach and lots and lots of snuggles and treats (approved by you first).

Availability
Typical daily walk/drop-in availability as of 1/9/23: Monday - Friday: 5:00 pm - 7:00pm Saturday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm Sunday: 6:00am - 6:00pm I prefer to schedule walks that are during the daytime (before 5pm, especially during winter). However, I typically will accept walks in the later evenings if needed. I am available for house-sitting on a case-by-case basis so please reach out if you are in need of this service to check availability.
