Pet care experience
I have 17 years of experience taking care of dogs. I grew up with my first dog, a Husky, and she lived almost 16 years. I then worked for a puppy breeder caring for each puppy and the older dogs (mom/dad and the breeder's personal dogs) which led me to purchase my own puppy. He is a year and a half old and I don't know what I'd do without him!

Although I cannot board dogs in my apartment, I thoroughly understand the importance of consistency and routine, especially with puppies. If instructed to care for your dog in a particular way, I will be sure to adhere to that! My car is about a 25 minute walk from my apartment, but I would be more than happy to occasionally (and with your permission) take your dog(s) to the local dog park! I love all dogs and have yet to meet one that had trouble warming up to me.

Any allergies, destructive behaviors (such as tendency to eat inedible things etc.) anxious/aggressive triggers, and what that behavior looks like if applicable. I want to ensure that your fur baby is safe and comfortable at all times! If there are any specific routines, rules, limits etc. that you expect to be followed, please inform me and I will adjust my time with them accordingly.
A typical day
I love engaging in mentally and physically stimulating fun with dogs! We can play with their favorite toys; fetch, hide and seek (this is an unusual one, but my dog loves it) and go for plenty of walks around the grassy areas of state college! Your fur baby will love the attention they receive from all the Penn Staters! I will provide an attentive and exciting service to your dog as I genuinely enjoy it!

Availability
I am a Penn State student, whose class schedule consists of mornings/afternoons so some days I am more available than others. I can fit walks and drop-ins accordingly! I live in a one-floor apartment with 4 roommates and no yard which is not suitable for most dogs, therefore I can not board dogs in my apartment. I am more than happy to come to you though! Dogs are my favorite thing and I would love to be able to make your life easier by caring for yours whenever you need it! :)
