Pet care experience
hi!! I started my own pet sitting business at 17 and continued that nearly full-time throughout college. I had 5 regular clients who all traveled for work, so I would frequently spend a few weeks watching over the house, plants, and pets. I am well versed in watching puppies, senior animals, pets who need timely medications or special care, as well as dogs with food aggression. other than years of experience looking over more classic pets- I also worked at a petting zoo for a year caring for ducks, goats etc- and recently, drove to South Carolina to watch over someones homestead where I cared for sheep and chickens and coy fish! at this time, I can only do overnights with cats, or hypoalergenic dog breeds <3

Taylor was a great help with my two cats, especially considering it was late notice over a holiday weekend. I have one senior cat who requires some extra attention (and various medications), but she handled everything with ease. Definitely recommended!
Our cat Phoebe seems to have (slowly!) warmed up to and loved Taylor’s visits while we were away! I appreciated when she checked in to clarify the litter box system as I had totally dropped the ball on directions!

its just generally helpful to know the ins and outs of your pets personality so I can provide the best care, and really appreciate hearing about its needs, tendencies, anxieties, etc.
A typical day
if your pets are social, I would be so happy to take them where I go! I have a van and love going to dog parks, beaches, more secluded places in nature as well as public functions and friends houses- if your dogs are friendly and social and want to spend the whole day with me I will happily bring them everywhere so they get a full day of activity and interaction. otherwise, regardless of it they prefer to be home or out- I am always sure they are getting a good amount of exercise, stimulation, attention & affection at home or on a walk. whatever works best for you and your pet, I am very accommodating, understanding and happy to work with. i bond really easily with animals and their care is my priority!

I am available for daily visits, overnights, longer term stays, and boarding in my house regardless of the day! i work 9-5 a few times a week, but can work around that.
