Thank you for considering me for your pet care needs. A little about me, I am an animal lover and experienced pet care professional. I also am active in rescue and networking to find homes for abandoned and stray dogs. My whole life is essentially dedicated to improving the lives of animals, and pet sitting to give your family member the most enjoyable, stress free experience possible while you're away feels like a natural extension of that. If the dogs aren't happy, I'm not happy. My home is located on a quiet, dead end street with a large (about half an acre, total property is 2.5 acres) fenced in yard to run and play. Dog heaven! I have 20 years of experience handling dogs, cats and horses. I also have experience caring for birds, reptiles, amphibians, small mammals, and livestock as well. I trick train as a hobby and will love, play, and engage with your pet while you're away as if they were my own. My personal dog, Magnus, has mastered sit, stay, high five, shake, play dead, lay down, beg, bow, speak, whisper, roll over, retrieve, and has trained and competed in agility. I would be happy to do basic obedience work while you are away for no extra charge (using only positive training methods). I am also an active jogger if your dog likes to run! I am easy going, flexible, and easy to work with, and would be happy to customize my services to suit your dog's needs. I also have experience caring for elderly dogs and dogs with special medical needs. I have references available upon request. I look forward to meeting you and your dog!
