Pet care experience
I grew up living with 2-4 dogs at all times (large and small), so I am used to a crowd. I love running, hiking, and beach trips with my dogs, or even just a simple walk in the park. I have been pet sitting (mostly dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, chickens) for over ten years now and am accustomed to strict feeding and/or medication schedules (including injections). My current clients always tell me their dogs sleep a lot after playing with me, so just let me know if your dog has a little extra energy to burn :) Also, if your dog has a favorite game or toy! There aren’t many things better than a happy dog!

This was my 1st time using Rover, wasn’t sure what to expect but everything seemed to go well. Taylor was friendly, on time, and interacted well with my dog. Pleased with the overall experience.

Besides the general feeding, treats, and medication schedule, I like to know if your dog has any comfort objects or activities in particular that help calm them dow if they are worked up for some reason. Also, anything that might trigger anxiety (i.e. one of my dogs actually chews her way out of crates during thunderstorms). I don’t have any breed preferences! Large, small, and everything in-between.
A typical day
I like walking around open spaces best - parks, trails, etc but can also provide shorter walks within a neighborhood. I have a pretty good arm for fetch, tug-o-war, and other games in the yard!

Availability
I work remotely in public health, so my schedule is both flexible and I am always home! On the weekends, I tend to be out and about on the trails, at the dog beach, exploring the neighborhood, etc so any dogs you have can just tag along!
