Pet care experience
My family has owned dogs our whole lives (Black Labs and German Shepherds specifically). Some experience with training (hand signals and walking). Some of my other experiences include house/dog sitting for multiple days and nights, and dog walking/bathing for friends and family. My availability is flexible. I do have another job, however I only work there from 8:00am-12:00pm Monday-Friday. I am an avid hiker and would love to take your dog on a hike with me if you allow it. Talking to dogs like their little kids is not uncommon for me. Also, I am big on communication, so be prepared for updates on all the fun your dog will be having. I'm a lover of all dogs: big, small, and all ages and breeds!

Taylor was fantastic! Communication was easy and she was flexible when our schedule changed last minute. She was timely and professional and handled the dog with care. Everything was perfect and enabled us to be comfortable while we were away. I highly recommend Taylor! And she sent us photos of the dogs playing. So nice to see.
Taylor has stayed in our home and watched our dog Riley, our mini labradoodle, on a few occasions and she is fantastic! Our dog loves her and it is obvious she loves our dog. Our dog is her number one priority while she is in her care. She has even taken our dog to a dog- friendly event that she was going to, of course she called us ahead of time to make sure it was okay with us. We used to put our dog in a kennel when we would be gone, before we started using Taylor, and I am happy to say our dog will no longer have to go to a kennel. We highly recommend Taylor and we wouldn't want to use anyone else!!

Before sitting for your dog, I would like to know which activities your dog enjoys the most. How much exercise is required for your dog, and if there are any issues with other neighborly dogs in the area. Also, I would like to know if your dog likes to escape the house/yard, if they can break free from their collar, and if they require a muzzle for walks. I would also like to know any habits your dog has, and food preparation for him/her.
A typical day
There are many activities to do with a dog. Personally, I love taking them on walks,, playing fetch and tug-of-war. Bringing a dog along for a hike is fun, too. :)
