Safety, trust & environment
I provide highly individualized care tailored to the exact medical, behavioral, and environmental needs of each animal. Because I specialize in senior, special-needs, and exotic pets, my routine is focused on safety, precision, and minimizing stress. Personal Experience at Home I personally own and care for a "wobbly cat" (cerebellar hypoplasia) at home. I live this reality daily and completely understand the unique layout adjustments, specialized feeding setups, patience, and targeted litterbox assistance required to keep a wobbly kitty safe, clean, and thriving. In the Client's Home I follow your exact schedule for feeding, lighting gradients, and cage cleanings to keep your pet's environment completely consistent. I carefully track and administer all oral, topical, and injected medications (including insulin) exactly as prescribed, logging each dose for your peace of mind. For blind or wobbly pets, I map out the home's layout on day one, clear away walking hazards, and provide gentle physical support or bladder-expression assistance if required. For exotic pets I strictly monitor critical environmental factors for ferrets, reptiles, and rescues—including temperature checks, humidity levels, and specialized dietary handling (like live prey or supplement dusting). • Constant Updates: You will receive detailed photo and text updates after every drop-in or during house-sitting stays so you know your pet is thriving.
