I absolutely love dogs! I have a shin-tzu pomeranian mix who is sweet as could be. I trained her to sit, lay down, shake, and high five. My fiancé and I have a cocker spaniel who is very smart. I taught him to sit, lay down, shake, high five, spin, sit pretty, bow, roll over, and hold it. Every time I see a dog in my neighborhood that is not occompanied by a person, I stop to rescue it and find its owners. I treat every dog with love as if it were my own. I am currently in nursing school pursuing a BSN degree. I have some free time during most days unless I have clinicals or times when I have to be at school. I usually take my dog for a walk in the neighborhood about 3 times a week. I am very good with dogs that are not great at walking on a leash as long as they don't try to chase animals (cats, squirrels, etc). I like to carry treats on walks just in case I need to get the dog's attention or for rewards when the dog is doing good on the walk. When caring for a dog at their house, I ensure he or she will enjoy lots of belly rubs and not have to wait for a long time to go outside to use the potty.
