My experience with dogs started with the family dog. She was my best friend when I was in diapers and I helped care for her as I got older. After she had passed, my family adopted another pup. She was a huge, white german shepherd who was as strong as she was smart. In this time, I became comfortable walking a big, hyper dog. Eventually it was time to leave and explore the world on my own. I found a job as an animal caretaker at a local pet shop (Sailfin Pet Shop) and worked there for 3 years. In that time I learned how to care for different kinds of small animals including reptiles and birds. After leaving Sailfin I worked for a pet-sitting company here in town, but they closed just a year after I started. Working for them allowed me to gain experience with many different breeds and personalities. I have been working for myself since 2018 and I have enjoyed every minute of it! There's no dog too big or small, no pup too hyper for me to handle and even the creepiest, crawliest pets have a big place in my heart too. I can't wait to meet you and your pets and give them the love and attention they deserve when you can't be there yourself.
