Care, play and walk for your dog
Pet care experience
I used to have the dogs in my household, because all the members of my family, including me, love them. Our dogs gave me and my family exceptional and irreplaceable communication, companionship and friendship which other creatures unlikely could. I adopted my last dogs from the shelter, where they were because of being abandoned and then found on the street. One of them - black Labrador became blind, but because of special treatment and training we provided to her, she was able to swim, and play in hide-and-find game. We continued getting new skills, and we developed old ones together, despite of and because of her blindness. She was social, loved and staying in good physical shape. Other of my dogs was English Pitbull Terrier, who was old and abandoned for a long time - people were uneasy to take her home, because of her fighting breed. She was suspicious and not friendly from the begging of our life together, but at the end she was loving, careful and happy dog! I can talk about dogs and spend time with them endlessly, with love and joy, that’s why I was working with them at Rover. I have been walking dogs since I was seven years old. I did it with my best friend, her parents had a German Sheppard well trained in army. They send the dog with us for an evening walk as our guard and guide, and she was our good buddy. She gave me the first idea of who the dogs are and what they can do. Since that time I have gained quite extensive experience with dogs: from caring, feeding and training puppies, to correcting bad behavior of trouble makers, helping elder dogs with special needs and working at exhibitions. I know that work with the dogs is not just a pleasure, but also responsibility. My experience taught me to recognize dangerous situations and avoid them. At the same time, I continue to learn about the dogs, reading the books, communicating with trainers, vets and breeders. I was working with the dogs mostly as a part-time walker, sitter or trainer. My my main profession is an environmental journalist, including photojournalism. It’s additional bonus for dog owners and shelters, as soon as I like to take pictures of the pets. I have professional photo equipment and have been learning photojournalism at Black Hills State University. I am also working as flee-lance photo rapporteur. I would be happy to take care of your pet, you can find the necessary information about me in the enclosed resume.

How do I care for pets at my client’s home mostly depends not only on their usual daily routine, habits and preferences, but also on our mutually agreed sense of what is acceptance or not, and what the pet behavior should be. The latter is not only about the standards we imply on our four-legs friends, but mostly - their sense of dignity and understanding of their role in the human society.
Information Tatyana N. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to know where dog is used and likes to go for a walk, what are its favorite toys, could we take them outside, what type of leash do you use, do you let the dog off the leash and if so, where.
A typical day
Everything depends of the breed and previous training - we might just play with your dog its favorite game or I might teach it playing new one - like standing at the gate and catching the ball or play hide and seek with dogs favorite toys. It also depends on the interest of the dog in a particular game. I'll go with your dog to the parks, gardens, playgrounds for the dogs.

Pets, like humans, require routines to maintain a sense of calm and safety. A simple act like refilling their food bowl at the same time every day is enough to help them feel at ease in their surroundings. That is why the dog's daily routine as well as his perception of his surroundings have important place in my daily routine.
