PLEASE READ our full profile before contacting us. Thank you! Your dog MUST be dog friendly and socialized before we can welcome you into our home, and meet and greets for new clients are REQUIRED. Our four-legged house guests MUST be fully potty trained, and special-needs (ie: high maintenance/medical) dogs will require a higher fee on a case-by-case basis. Senior dogs are very welcome as long as a few stairs are not an issue for them (we are the upper unit of a duplex, which involves a stairwell to get to our door). Thank you for understanding. My name is Tatiana and for as long as I can remember I have had a dog in my life. My parents moved to the United States from eastern Europe and took their beloved Basset Hound across the ocean with them. Since then, I have had all sorts of pets growing up including cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, ferrets and more. My parents instilled a love for all living creatures since I was very small, and this has carried on to my adult life. I have been working with dogs professionally for over 8 years, and my jobs have included a pet dietary nutritionist, a doggy physical therapist (ie: working with dogs in a swimming pool post surgery), a dog groomer, and as a Veterinary Assistant at Shorewood Animal Hospital. I also have 8 years of dog-sitting/walking experience with a long list of tail-wagging clients. I am passionate about working with any animal, and am confident in my skills regarding dog behavior, training, and health. My boyfriend, Tyler, lives with me and collectively we have over 20 years of pet care experience! He has had the pleasure of growing up with animals just like me, currently works as the manager of a Pet Supplies Plus, and together we have our dog and our "mini zoo". We have a small collection of pets ranging from geckos, to our snake, and even a pair of ferrets. DO NOT WORRY!!! Your pets will NEVER interact with any of our small animals, for the safety of your pet and ours. Our dog Clyde is very friendly and would love to share his space with another four-legged friend. Between the two of us, we can guarantee that your dog will never be left home alone for more than a few hours, will get plenty of walks and potty breaks, and all the love and special attention that they need. Our yard is also fully fenced, so your dog is sure to enjoy plenty of time outside in the nicer months! Booking with us GUARANTEES your pooch gets the following special treatment: -Daily feeding based upon your preferred schedule -Up to 3 walks a day (when timing permits) -Dog Park visits + Extra exercise based on owner request -UNLIMITED love, care, cuddles, kisses, hugs, etc -Free access to all of our doggie toys, blankets and beds -Free access to furniture as they please -Plenty of holistic, grain free, treats -Pet Parents will receive text or email updates upon request! Other Information: -ALL pups need to be up to date on core vaccines (rabies, distemper, bordetella) and must have flea/tick protection on -If you would like your dog to be kenneled you MUST provide a kennel or crate during drop off. We offer the following services for FREE: -Nail Trims -Coconut oil grooming sprays (two scents available to choose from) -Ear Cleaning -Brushouts We also offer full bathing and drying services for an additional fee! Take your pet home fresh and clean after a bath with Isle of Dogs shampoo, a blow dry and full brush out during the final days of your stay.
