ABOUT US: We are dog lovers! We have a friendly rescued Chiweenie (aka German Taco or Mexican Hot Dog) called Auggie. He loves to play with other dogs and has a lot of energy. His favorite things to do include: going for walks, chasing balls, napping (preferably in the sun) and making new friends (humans and furry ones). And we humans love to go on walks with the pooches or visit dog parks - Please note pooches need to have proper license in order to visit leash free parks. :-) Auggie Mommy’s father was a veterinarian and that's how she fell in love with animals. Since she was a toddler Auggie's Mommy has been around baby chickens, piglets, dogs, cats and small birds. Auggie's Mommy works from home full time and Doggy Daddy loves to go on long walks in the evenings. We recently moved to West Adams/Culver City area to a house with a big and nice gated backyard with a dog run.and lots of sunny spots! Our home would be perfect for small dogs under 40lbs. PLEASE NOTE: We will only take dogs that are well behaved, not aggressive, housebroken, don't mark their territory and are not prone to scratching doors, furniture or causing property damage. Any property damage is the dog parent's responsibility. Also, like any other human, we still go out for errands, movie, dinner and concerts, so technically we do not offer 24/7 supervision, but again, Auggie Mommy works from home full time. Please check our calendar before making a reservation. In certain cases when we are fully booked, we might be able to accommodate one more dog if we deem he or she will fit in with the other guests. But usually we only have up to 2 guest dogs at a time. We are not able to accept reservations if your profile is incomplete or if we have not met prior to the reservation, with rare exceptions. Please have that in mind when asking for last minute reservations. In general, it is best to send a general inquiry including the proposed dates for the meet and greet and also for the proposed boarding dates.
