Worry Free Pet Care!

Pet care experience

What to expect when boarding with me: ❤Lots of updates, pictures and videos throughout your pups stay. 🧡Love and individualized attention. 💚Fun and enriching activities. 🩷plenty of outdoor time. 💙Relaxation and comfort. 💜Peace of mind. I've always loved animals, dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, etc. Over the past 5 years, I have helped friends and family take care and board their animals. I've boarded disabled dogs who were not mobile and required frequent diaper changes. I've boarded a wide variety of dog breeds all of which have had different needs that I was able to fulfill. I work from home majority of the time which makes me available to love and care for your pet. I have a 4,000 sqft home and a decent sized fenced in backyard.

Tasha is the best! Our dogs have gone to many Rover families and Tasha stands out amongst the rest. She sends lots of photo updates. I could tell my aussies were having a blast at her house. We were gone for a long time on an international trip and not once did I need to worry about my dogs. Tasha loves them like her own when under her care.

BREEDS I DONT TAKE At this time, I'm no longer boarding or providing daycare for the following breeds: pitbulls, bull dogs, huskies, cane Corsos, Rottweilers, Malinois, German shepherds, Staffys, Akitas, Beagles, & chow chows. BEFORE I ACCEPT A BOOKING: You will need to provide me proof of vet vaccination records and proof of flea and tick preventative. If your pup eats any of the following foods/brands: cooked or homemade food, Freshpet, just for dogs, the farmers dog, or any food that needs to be refrigerated. Please understand that sometimes these foods can go bad without noticing. If you take them from the fridge and you travel to my home with it, there's a possibility it can go bad quicker. If your pup is having an extended stay, there's a chance the food can go bad. If you are mixing kibble into the refrigerated food and individually packaging it, there's a chance the food can go bad. Sometimes pups can get stomach aches from this. PRE-BOOKING QUESTIONS: 1. Does your pup have any aggression towards other dogs or people? 2. Have they ever bitten another dog or person? 3. Any destructive behavior to furniture, drywall, doors, such as eating chewing or scratching? 4. Are your pups socialized with other dogs? 5. Any anxiety? Separation anxiety? Destructive anxiety? 6. How do you keep your pups when you run errands or when they sleep? Crate? 7. Do your pups excessively bark? 8. any allergies or sensitivities? 9. Are your pups potty trained? Any marking behaviors? 10. Any concerning behaviors that I should be aware of? PICK UP & DROP OFF Please try to arrive on time for your scheduled drop off/pick up time. If you will be early or late, please let me know in advance. I understand things happen and we are more than willing to accommodate when possible. When you arrive, please wait in your car and text me that you have arrived. We will let you know when you can come to the door. This will give me time to put our pup and any furry guests away safely. Please do not knock or ring the door bell. This will cause anxiety, stress, and barking for our furry guests. If you have any special instructions for your pup such as medication, feeding, exercise, etc. Please text them to me in advance, that way drop off can be seamless and quick, and also so the other pups aren't stressed out or put away for too long. WHAT TO BRING Just food, medication, treats, crate (if they're crate trained.) I have bowls, bed, and a ton of diffrent toys. CLEANLINESS: Cleanliness is very important to me. It's a must that I keep my home clean and sanitized. I would like to walk you through the things I do to keep my home clean and sanitized. I have house cleaners (Barajas cleaning service) that come biweekly. It's a team of ladies that clean my home from top to bottom. In between those cleanings, I also have my own routine cleaning that I do. I mop nightly when I have boarders. I use Kennesol and odoban, never mixed though. I have a tumble rug (washable rug) that I disinfect and wash weekly. Toys are washed with boiling hot water to disinfect them, weekly. Our couches are shampooed weekly. Our couch covers are washed every 3-4days. Poop is picked up everyday. I even utilize a weekly service called I SCOOP POOP, to pick up any poop I may have missed. I keep my floors free of large and small debris at all times. I sweep and vacuum my floors daily to cut down on dust and fur. Dog toys are the only things allowed out on the floors and are put away when the pups are done with them. Our Dog beds are washed every 2 days with extra hot water. We use disposable dog food bowls to prevent germs and viruses being passed. The bowls are discarded after each feeding. Water bowls are disinfected 1-2 times a day with boiling hot water. Our grass is cut Biweekly. FEEDINGS: All pups are fed separately. Any food spilled on to the floor is picked up and cleaned immediately. I will not and do not give table food. All crumbs are picked up and cleaned. I do not provide treats due to unknown sensitivities. All boarders must bring their own treats. Treats are not and will not be shared with other boarders or my pup. PLEASE NOTE: Boarding can be very nerve-wracking or exciting for some pups or it can make pups nervous or anxious being in a new environment. Boarding can cause stress colitis which causes vomitting or diarrhea and or lack of appetite. While boarding or when returning home, it can take up to 24-48 hours for vomitting, diarrhea, and or lack of appetite to subside. Dogs are living beings and are not robots. Although it may not be frequent, dogs can get stomach aches too due to anxiety, stress, or being away from their home.
