Pet care experience
I have had both dogs and cats from the time I was born to about 24. I have experience training dogs through positive reinforcement. Including training dogs to respond to hand signals; as well as voice command. I also had large scale, 100+ gallon, fish tanks and terrariums for most of my teen years and early twenties. I am also a therapist/social worker, so I like to think that I have quite a bit of patience and compassion to share with your pet.

Taryn was the first sitter we had come the night before since we were leaving very early the next morning. It was such a delight to get to know her. She has an obvious fondness for animals. The house was cleaner than we left it and the cats were happy and healthy - what more can we ask for?!
Taryn has been my sitter for years. In that time I've had two dogs, two cats, lizards, a toad, and a frog. She's always done such a great job meeting their needs and my requests. My senior dog, a pitbull mix named Simon, has special medical needs and a strict routine. Taryn has never forgotten to follow care instructions and Simon loves her. He's always happy to see her and it makes me feel better knowing that Taryn treats all my babies like her own.

No need for your pet to spend a lot of time alone as I can be there all the time. For longer stays, I am also available at 9 PM EST to do a consultation video call so you can meet us before you commit.

Pet care fits easily into my schedule as I work from home. I also have a partner that I travel with that loves animals. He is especially fond of cats, dogs, and anything furry. He handles all of our domestic living so doesn't work and can be available constantly.
