Pet care experience
In 2017 I decided to foster dogs. Throughout the year I fostered 4 dogs of all different ages and sizes until they found their forever homes. Nothing in my life has ever been more rewarding. Originally from Chicago, I have also been a pet owner of one flat-coated retriever and two Tibetan terriers. I am extremely gentle, caring and treat animals as if they were people (because they are, am I right!?). I'm a firm believer in establishing who's boss while also being able to give lots and lots of pats and kisses. Your dog will be loved and adored, I swear it. Taryn is a lover of all things with 4 legs. She is so sweet, caring, and fun loving with pets and people too. I have a French bulldog puppy and I wouldn't trust most people with him, even friends, but with Taryn I never have to think twice I know he's always in good hands and will be happy, entertained and well taken care of. Don't think twice about having Taryn watch your fur baby, she'll love him/her like her own!
Taryn is a loving, caring human that had grown up around dogs her whole life. She is an extremely nurturing and caring individual who loves & cares more for dogs than herself!

Information Taryn M. would like to know about your pet
As a light sleeper in a studio apartment, I would appreciate quiet dogs who don't rile up too easily. I prefer non-shedding, but happily would make exceptions. Also, I definitely need your pup to be fully housebroken. Your baby should know how to use outside and/or training pads and not use furniture for potty needs.
A typical day
We will go on short walks along the East River, long walks through Central Park, and of course trips to the neighborhood dog park (if allowed) so we can spend time with others.
