Pet care experience
I am and always have been a dog lover at heart. I have owned and taken care of dogs since I was 3 years old. Neighbors, family, and friends have all relied on me to care for their fur-babies; whether they were away for the day or for weeks at a time. In my lifetime, I have personally owned a black lab, a chihuahua, a yorkie, and two golden retrievers. Four out of five of them were rescues who came with their own health problems. So I have experience with dogs requiring special health care needs. I have taken every dog I have ever owned through basic training classes, some of them even through multiple advanced training courses. I also have experience with dogs of all breeds and personalities, as I spent two years volunteering as a dog walker at my local animal rescue back in my hometown.

My dogs love Tara. They are always so excited and happy to see her. And you could not ask for a more reliable, professional, and nice person. Tara is the only person I would trust to take care of my dogs whether I am traveling or working long hours. She walks them, plays with them, feeds them and makes sure they are comfy and tired out before she leaves. I highly recommend her. Tara is great.
I asked Tara to help care for Arthur who is my 1 and a half year old corgi. Arthur has a lot of energy and can be a handful but Tara is great with him. She is enthusiastic about pets and genuinely loves animals.
Pet lovers look no further. Tara is the kindest and most responsible pet sitter. My feisty chihuahua Poncho, who was quite selective with his humans, immediately trusted and warmed up Tara. They had a natural connection right from the start because Tara showed a genuine desire to understand Poncho. She is on the ball and asks all the right questions. What I found most reassuring about Tara was her attention to detail and obvious understanding that pets love consistency. She is the best of the best.

I have a fenced in yard, a dog park 4 blocks away from my home, and my own friendly puppy to keep your fur-baby company. My housemate is just as much of a dog lover as I am. So there will be plenty of cuddles, belly rubs, and "good dog"s to go around. My dog is named Sullivan ("Sully" for short). He is a 5 month old golden retriever boy who absolutely adores every dog and person that he meets. He has a submissive personality and just wants everyone to be happy and to play with him.
