I had dogs as a kid. As a teenager and young adult I was without a furry companion. As I became a mother and finally settled in a home (instead of apartments) we were able to get a puppy. Her name is Mocha and she is my furry child. The children call her their dog but the truth is she is mine and I love her. I have vowed to never be without a dog for as long as I live. I have one child who is allergic but we manage it with limited contact. We currently are planning the next furry addition to the family that will be more allergy friendly. We know the names of all of the dogs on our street. Dogs Rule!!
