Dear doggy lovers Hello! My name is Tapanga W. I’ve worked with dogs throughout my life and have yet to find a job more enjoyable and fulfilling. Im currently employed as a Canine Wrangler an groomer at The Barking Lounge located in downtown Seattle. My Background includes experience in providing extensive care for canines, no matter what size or breed. From cleaning up after your pup to grooming and monitoring behavior, I excel in a wide range of tasks to ensure the comfort and overall wellbeing of every dog in my care. Im well versed in keeping clear and accurate records on changes in behavior, food intake and medications . I Encourage group interaction with a eye towards preventing aggression an unwanted behavior especially when attending local dog parks. I Train pups using positive reinforcement techniques to perform basic skills in obedience such as sit, off, leave it and stay. Performed grooming tasks including bathing, blow drying, nail trimming (with both clippers an dermal), brushing coats, ear cleaning and brushing teeth along with checking for tooth decay.
