A graduate of Berklee College of Music. I stay in Concord, NH with my husband. Needless to say NH is an absolutely gorgeous state nestled in nature, with great parks and hiking trails, which is great for dogs! I absolutely love animals! I have been a competing horse-rider for over 12 years, dogs and animals in general naturally bond with me. I have two of my own (Golden Retrievers) back home in India, who I miss very much! I have lived and cared for my roommates' and friend's dogs when I lived in Boston before I moved to Concord, NH and would love to spend my free time walking and spending time in nature with your dog! In my opinion, the best way to know your dog is happy when being dropped off anywhere is based on their reaction. When Mia sees Tanya, her ears go back and she quickly forgets about me so I know she is excited about her stay! Tanya, thank you for taking care of Mia on this recent stay.
I was willing to look over the fact that she overslept and was an hour late causing me to miss work, but a co-worker had the exact same experience with this sitter with the same excuses. I was scrambling for an hour in her entry way trying to find an alternative before my flight, but she finally showed. Additionally, my dogs and all of their stuff came back smelling like cigarettes. I had to wash them and all of their blankets as soon as I got home.
