This was my first time boarding my pup in someone’s home and definitely my last. Communication was short, I had to ask for a picture of my pup, and she only sent one update a day which was late at night. When I first arrived, I met the sister, not the person I booked with. Grass was kund of high and I seen other dogs poop in the yard. I had my pup freshly groomed before taking her over there but when I picked her up, she had dirty wet spots all over her. They allowed her to chew on her food bowls, so I had to trash them. Her leash was wet and tightened in a knot when I returned also. As I was pulling into the driveway, she had my pup stuff on the porch and she slid out the door like she didn’t want me to see the inside of the home. Not even sure if my pup slept in a crate because she said she didn’t need one even though I stated I was crate training her still. My pup had been very whiny since pick up and I still didn’t meet the person I actually booked with. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I was told that I would receive updates and photos regularly but I didn't. I had to continuously ask for them and was unable to see inside of the home where my pup was staying. Food container was also put in his bag opened when I picked my pup up and food went everywhere. When I came to pick him up all of his items were sitting outside the door. And I wasn't greeted for about 5 minutes. I also never met Tangerae only her mother but received communication from both of them asking usually the same things which was confusing. Pretty impersonal which works for some but made things awkward for me. Felt like a business deal versus "keeping a child" pets are family not objects. Thankfully Kota seemed healthy and happy when I did pick him up.
