Tamra accepted the job knowing that our 2 dogs are anxious and are not able to be left alone for long periods. 1 dog is a pandemic dog with bad separation anxiety so he shouldn’t be left alone for long (if at all) and the other dog isn’t used to being left alone longer than 4 hours. This was all explained in the dog’s profile as well as during the in person meet and greet. Despite this, Tamra left the dogs alone for extended periods of time and even left them alone without any check ins or potty breaks for 11 HOURS. It’s only after I reached out to her through the app to ask where she was that she admitted that she had car troubles and should have told me..although she apologized profusely, I was very disappointed that it took me taking a look at my outdoor cameras and seeing that she had been gone for the whole day and reaching out to her for her to admit this. If I had been told, I would have asked a neighbour or family member to stop by to take care of my boys. Not only is this traumatizing for my boys but I found several pee stains in the house. They were clearly desperate to pee as they are fully house trained. I also found that I needed to reach out to Tamra to get updates or photos of the boys. Overall, this level of service is not what I expected or paid for.

Tamra is very kind and professional. She sent lots of photos and was communicative. I absolutely trust Tamra with my dog and would be happy to book again.
