I was in town for work and needed someone to watch my dog for the day and overnight. Tammy was absolutely fantastic! We had a meet and greet the night before and she clearly cares about taking care of her clients. She was very thorough in getting to know my dog before the visit and ensuring he would get along with the other dogs in her care. She even generously gave my bozo a toy ...

Great experience! Tammy quickly responds to questions during the booking process and stay. Lots of text with pictures on how things are going. Which we love! Tammy's dogs are great. Very friendly and got along well with our baby. Have already booked another stay. I think we found our permanent doggy vacation spot.

Tammy is very caring and loving towards dogs. She has a nice big back yard for dogs to explore and run.
Highly recommended!

DOG PARADISE near PSU Altoona

I’m home full-time and I have a beautiful, fenced-in backyard in a country setting. My dogs love other dogs and enjoy running around the pond and chasing each other while we sit on the deck and laugh at them. Who needs tv with that kind of entertainment? When weather doesn’t permit such outdoor shenanigans, we have toys coming out the wazoo (thanks to Sunny’s & Luna’s addiction to BarkBox).

What Tammy would like to know about your dog

I'd like to know as much as possible about your dog; favorite types of toys, what it likes and doesn't like, medical history, personality traits, social experience, activity level, does it like to snuggle or prefer to have its space, what annoys it, what makes it excited, etc. I love all breeds, and prefer to keep small or medium dogs, but if you have a large dog that is laid back and good with people and other dogs we are willing to try a meet and greet and see how it goes.

When Tammy watches your pet

For a change of scenery we sometimes walk the dogs at Penn State Altoona (which is 5 miles from our house). We have a large fenced yard where your dog can run and play with my dogs and go outside as often as they like. We also love snuggle time and relaxing in between periods of playful activity.
