Tammy was so warm and welcoming during our meet and greet, so I really felt very comfortable making the decision to have my dog stay with her. My dog has special needs, and she is really knowledgeable in the areas that he struggles with. She told me what I can expect, about what my dog would struggle with while he was there. She was in great communication while I was gone and sent pictures and ...

Centerville Pet Nanny

Licensed & Insured Professional Pet Sitter in Centerville! We care for dogs, cats, senior pets, special needs pets, etc... We are also certified in Pet First Aid/CPR. Whether it's our home or yours, we'll love your pets as if they were our own!

I want to start by saying "Thank You" to my current clients. Your support, loyalty and referrals are why our pet & home care business is growing by leaps & bounds ...

What Tammy would like to know about your dog

I do a Meet & Greet before accepting any reservation so I can meet the family and their dog to make sure everyone is comfortable with me as a sitter.

Each dogs behavior is assessed to determine if they may be a good fit for our home. We want to make sure your pup is able to display basic good behavior and get along with other visiting pups.

• Un-socialized and/or aggressive dogs are not eligible for the safety of your pet and other pets in our care.
• Out of respect for our neighbors, dogs that are prone to persistent barking are not eligible for a stay with us.

Last but not least, most dogs are anxious the first 1-2 times they're left in a new place and they watch their "parents" leave. Although we can easily manage mild anxiety, dogs with severe separation anxiety are NOT good candidates for Boarding at any Sitters home. Not only are these dogs experiencing extreme stress, their severe anxiety often manifests in very undesirable behaviors such as destructive chewing, excessive barking, biting, soiling, etc...

Please assess your dogs comfort level in new places and with new people & other dogs carefully. We want them to enjoy their stay. If you don't know how they'll respond, we happy to set up a trial visit.

If you decide to reserve a spot with us, please make sure to bring whatever items will make your dog feel comfortable. Their favorite blanket, bed and toys really help them feel more at home.
