Need to know: - Dogs are required to be fully vaccinated and you will need to show proof prior to your stay. Please send me a photograph in the app. Reservations will not be confirmed before confirmation of current vaccinations. - Pets must be clean and FLEA FREE. If your pet has fleas you will be required to pay an additional $50 fee for a flea bath and $20 for flea medication. Pets will be checked when they are dropped off. Just give your pet a flea preventative before he comes to prevent this. If your pet is dirty and you don't have time to bathe him/her, I offer baths for a $25 fee. If the pet is dirty they will get a bath on day 1. Otherwise, I may wait until the day of pick up, at my discretion. - Small and medium sized dogs and any size cats are the only animals eligible for boarding here. Please update your pup's profile to ensure the weight/size/breed is correct. If a a meet and greet is not complete and your dog turns out to be a large dog I may have to refuse you at the door and you will NOT get a full refund. Don't ruin your trip, make sure your pets information is correct. - All dogs must be friendly with other dogs as well as small children. I will accept cats of any temperament as long as they will not aggressively seek me out to attack/bite/scratch me. This is a family home and aggressive dogs are not allowed. *****If your dog turns out to not be friendly to either other animals or people, I reserve the right and you agree to have them crated for as long as needed during their stay and they will not be able to come back. For this reason, meet and greets are highly recommended prior to their stay but I understand it's not always possible. If you know your dog will be like this, please do yourself a favor and utilize another service like drop-ins or house sitting. Aggressive dogs will unfortunately have to be reported to Rover. - You are required to bring plenty of food for your pet. - I do not charge extra to administer medication, unless your pet is particularly difficult about it. If that's the case you will be notified as soon as reasonable and there will be an additional charge of $2 for each dose as needed. - If your dog likes to mark his territory inside the house, he may not be allowed to come back. This is another situation in which I reserve the right to crate your dog when he can't be watched closely. For this reason I no longer accept intact male dogs. - I have a huge fenced backyard for them to play in, but if they try to escape by digging or jumping over the fence, they will not be allowed back there unleashed. - Insulin is the only injected medicine I am willing to give. If your dog takes insulin, and if you do not think your dog will eat during their stay, please do not book boarding! I am NOT responsible for any diabetic issues that may arise due to a dog refusing to eat that is diabetic!! ***I am not a veterinarian*** - You are responsible for any veterinary fees should your dog get sick during their stay - By confirming a reservation with me, you agree to the above terms.
