Pet care experience
I have been taking care of animals of all kinds including senior dogs and cats, puppies and kittens, gekkos, rodents and many things in between since I was 14 years old. I started out with people around my neighborhood, but have since expanded all around the metro! Reach out to me with any of your pet needs!

Was able to book on short notice and Tala took awesome care of our pets and dealt with the shenanigans of a young puppy working on house training. She’s awesome!
Tala did great! She got along really well with our dogs and cat and when the pets got low on dog food (our mistake - didn't check before leaving), she was prompt to let us know so that this could be addressed before they totally ran out.
Tala took wonderful care of our two dogs! We appreciate her attention to detail, excellent communication, and overall we felt very blessed to have her help. We have two large rescue dogs that we needed help with for a week while we were away. One of our dogs takes medication and has special diet needs for medical reasons. Our other dog is higher energy, and well, just a handful...! Tala did great taking care of them, and our home! We highly recommend Tala!

A typical day
I love to go to dog park, go on walks, car rides, play in the yard, cuddle and sometimes go to the pet store and get a special dog treat if they’re allowed! I love to go for walks around lakes when it’s nice out, and anywhere not too slippery in the winter!

Availability
I am currently working as a diversion specialist at the Youth Service Bureau in Cottage Grove. Most of my days are 8:30am-4:30pm, but i get an hour long break! This schedule usually works great for pet sitting whether it’s a drop in visit or an over night stay.
