All my life I have had cats at my family home so due to this I have not been lucky enough to own my own dog just yet. However, throughout the years I have dog sit for family friends and friends, this includes two Bernese Mountain dogs and two Golden Retrievers for 1 week+. I also have several years of experience walking dogs such as, Sprocker Spaniel, Shih tzu, Great Dane, Bernese Mountain, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Rottweiler etc. I have a certificate in pet first aid and canine communication so your dog(s) are in good hands.

This was the first time we have used Rover and we couldn’t be happier. Taisha house-sat for 4 days and 3 nights looking after our dachshund Alfie and our Ragdoll Coco. She was great. We had an initial meet and greet about 5 weeks ago and then another a few days before we were going away and she met both our pets. She asked all the right questions and had an immediate bond with Alfie. Once we were away she gave us regular updates, including photos and video which totally reassured us that they were in very capable hands (as was our home). When we got home she gave us great feedback of the weekend (& even managed to groom Coco which she normally only allows me to do!) Couldn’t recommend her enough and we will definitely be hoping she is available in the future as and when we require her. If we could give 6 stars we would. 👍😀🙏

I used Walkiez whilst I was on holiday and needed someone to cat sit for me. It gave me such peace of mind that I could trust them to look after my lovely cat so well! Couldn’t be happier with their service and so pleased I have someone to use again, next time I’m away!
Since having 3 dogs, Taisha is so professional and I always feel at ease whenever she has my dogs. Sending me regular updates whilst I’ve been away either with work or on holiday. Couldn’t be happier with her service and she is my go to person for anything dog sitting or dog walking!

Before any service I will attend a meet and greet at your home to make sure we are both comfortable with the services. I will ask a few questions to make sure I have a good understanding of your dog’s needs and make sure I know exactly where everything is in order to care for your dog. I will send some photos of your fur baby whilst we are on a walk or I am house sitting to give you peace of mind that your dog is being cared for as expected.

A typical day
I will take your dog(s) to a big, open area where they can run around either on a long lead or if they have good recall and both parties are happy for the dog to be off lead then they can enjoy all the new smells and environment. If your dog does like to play with toys such as balls, then we will play some games of catch/fetch.

Availability
I’m currently working part time - morning and late afternoons during the weekdays so between those times I have availability for dog walking. I have my own business called Walkiez for dog walking, pet sitting and drop in visits so I am fully insured and have my enhanced DBS check. I am available everyday during the week for dog walks and drop in visits 10-2:20pm.
