COMING SOON: Are walks just not cutting it? Ask about a run instead! My name is Tabitha! My love for ALL animals led me to getting a degree in veterinary technology. Due to this, I am familiar with most medical conditions, medications, and overall care for all types of animals. Have a scavenger in the home who gets into anything if given the chance? No worries! I have worked for Animal Poison Control, and am familiar with what is and is not safe for your pets. As well as the steps that should be taken if an exposure were to occur.

Tabitha was on time and patiently worked with our somewhat anxious dog to get on a leash and be out for a walk. It’s a relief knowing they are in good hands when we take some time for a full day away.

Tabitha was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. This was my first time leaving my special needs dog at home, so I was really nervous, but Tabitha took great care of her. She took our packages inside, communicated well, and even offered to cook my dog chicken and rice when she got sick. I would recommend her to anyone!

I WILL NEVER CANCEL WALKS OR DROP INS DUE TO THE WEATHER. SEE BELOW FOR SPECIFIC WEATHER POLICIES. IF YOU WILL BE HOME AND NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE MESSAGE BEFORE THE VISIT. RAIN: I will not walk pets for more than 5 mins in heavy rain or while lightning/thunder is present. Any remaining time will be spent inside playing with your pet. HOT/COLD: Depending on the weather and your individual pets tolerance, walks may be shortened for extreme weather. Any remaining time will be spent playing with your pet inside. SNOW: I will do my best to get to your pet in snowy/Icy conditions. Please be considerate of timing. I may arrive much earlier than planned to get ahead of the weather. MENTAL STIMULATION; is just as important to me as physical Stimulation. I am more than happy to work on obedience, loose leash walking, scent-work, and/or agility training in addition to or in place of a walk/drop in. What are some things your pet likes? Foods, activities, routines, tricks, etc. Knowing what your particular pet likes/dislikes will help me better exercise them physically AND mentally. Please let me know of any health conditions beforehand as I can better prepare to help your pet if something were to happen.
A typical day
I can walk around the neighborhood or nearby parks. If there are any particular places you prefer your pet to walk, feel free to let me know! I am very interested in canine enrichment and am familiar with several different styles (ie, puzzle toys, Kongs, scatter feeding, scent games, etc). I am happy to work on enrichment and training while with your pet(s).

Availability
I am free most weekdays between 11am-6pm. I am occasionally free on weekends. Must be flexible on timing of visits. Some visits may be earlier or later than the requested time based on travel and other bookings. Stricter schedules can be followed for pets on medication.
