Pet care experience
I started volunteering with dogs at age 14. I grew up with German Shepherds and Labs. I have worked with tons of breeds and have worked a lot with cats as well. At age 26, I started volunteering with Albuquerque Animal Welfare and I have been all about dogs! I learned more about animal behavior and training. Four years ago I ended up getting a job at Animal Humane (I'm on leave right now so I'm available fully) as an Animal Care Tech. I know animal behavior, animal injuries and such. I have experience with dogs from miniature dogs to 200 lb Neapoltian Mastiffs (one of my favorites). I've been dog and cat sitting since 17 years old and have tons of references. I also have worked with dogs and cats medically and I can do IVs, blood draws, nail clippings, diabetes treatment, any medicine any animal :)

I have had Tabitha to my home 3 times to watch my dogs. She is awesome and my dogs love her. One of my dogs is really shy and often hides in the closet when I am not around. She came right out and hung with Tabitha!!!! I feel comfortable and know my home and dog are in good hands
She was excellent for our pups and we would totally hire her again. She was so great and patient with them. It was like we didn't leave them as they were in such great hands and were so happy when we came in the door. Not saying they didn't miss us, but it was so easy and nice being away knowing they were cared for as they were.
Tabitha was able to accommodate my late scheduling. She was great my young, crazy boxer. She sent pictures during her visits and even brought in my mail! She even texted to make sure I'd made it back and that she didn't need to follow up. I'd definitely recommend her.

A typical day
Park, the regular park, around the neighborhood and I can take your dog to the dog park. I take my chihuahua/pit bull there and sometimes I've gone for two hours straight with friends and my dog!
