Your pet’s care, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Throughout my life I have had the privilege of owning four amazing dogs and one of the coolest cats in the world. I have almost 10 years of dog sitting experience. As an overnight sitter, I have taken care of pets ranging from Yorkies to Pitbulls to Mastiffs as well as cats, a chicken, and fish. I love all animals! If you have a dog who needs to take things slow, that’s not a problem. If your dog is super energetic and is ready to run I can do that as well! Maybe you have a cat or dog who loves to cuddle, I can definitely do that! I will cater and adjust to the to needs of your pet so that they are healthy and happy. I am experienced in overnight stays, clean-up, feeding, bathing, walking, and also medicating animals. I have experience giving pills, liquid meds in mouth and insulin shots. I truly love animals and it is always a joy taking care of them. I make sure to respect your home and keep it clean while I’m there. If I sound like a great fit, please reach out! Sydni was so great with my two dogs, one of which is black German Shepherd who looks intimidating but is a big softy! They lived her and I got very cute pictures of them hanging out with her on the couch. Sydni is reliable, trustworthy and willing to take your dog out on a leash in rain when the fluffy princess doesn’t want to get her paws wet. I highly recommend Sydni
Sydni was a gem! Our dog, Romy, loved her, and Sydni kept us informed and up to date on what was going on while we were on vacation, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves knowing our dog was being so well taken care of. She went above and beyond, and we will definitely be booking her again! We highly recommend Sydni if you need someone reliable to look after your pet and home while you are away.
We love Sydni! Our dog was WAY more anxious than usual after not having had a sitter for several years, and she handled his behavior like a pro. We came home to a happy pup and super clean house, and for the first time ever all my plants survived too. We'd definitely book Sydni again, and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I always make sure to come into your home with a calm demeanor and gauge your pet’s temperament and give the time and space to warm up and feel comfortable. If they are showing any signs of uncertainty or fear I will leave them alone and go to an open space where they can come up to me when they are ready. I don’t ever want them to feel pressured or trapped. If things happen to not go well I always notify the owners and come up with a plan of action that will work best for their pet. Patience, space, a familiar routine, and time are my go to’s when it comes to building trust with you pet.

A typical day
I definitely love going on nature trails and just chilling out and watching tv. I’m also amazing with giving a good scratch behind the ears. I’m comfortable sharing sleeping space with your pets if that is what they are used to. My ultimate goal is to make them feel safe and secure at home as if their owners haven’t left.

Availability
I typically work from around 8-5, Monday-Friday, so my visits/routines are usually done in the morning and at the end of the day. During our meet and greet we can discuss you and your pet’s needs and I can make necessary adjustments that will work best for everyone.
