My entire life, dogs (and animals in general) have been my passion. I have spent two summers as an assistant veterinary technician at a clinic back home, so I know how to handle all different sorts of dogs as well as how to administer medicine (pills, shots, creams, etc.) and how to act in certain situations. I know how to react and how to respond to behavioral signs in dogs. I treat every single animal as if they were my own. I've helped care for my family's 3 labs, always contributing greatly to their wellbeing. I consider myself to be a very responsible person, and I would have the client's and their pet’s best interests in mind the entire time. I was a little nervous to use rover for the first time seeing as though one of my senior dogs has diabetes and would need medication administered. Sydney has such a calming, positive energy and it definitely put me at ease. She definitely did not disappoint. She was great with all of my senior pets and would absolutely use her again.
Sydney is a phenomenal dog sitter! My dog took to her instantly and loved her stay. She was super communicative, sent lots of pics, and gave my dog plenty of exercise and lots of love. I felt so much better while I was away knowing that my dog was in good hands. Will absolutely rebook her the next time I have to be out of town!
This was my first experience using a Rover sitter - Sydney was fantastic! She accepted my request relatively last minute and made time to come to our apartment before we left for our trip to meet Benny. She has a really lovely relaxed but professional vibe. She sent photos/messages every day we were away and I felt really confident that Benny was in great hands. When we returned the apartment looked great and Benny was a happy and contented pup! My dog Sebastian is a little nervous nelly when it comes to meeting new people and Sydney is the first complete stranger he’s ever stayed with. I felt comfortable knowing she had experience working with dogs and she was very good at reading signals and making him as comfortable as possible. She let me know once he was feeling comfortable and send me so many cute pics. I could tell he was truly happy and having fun! I would definitely book with Sydney again!!!

I live in a peaceful neighborhood with great spots to walk! I also have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for running and sniffing.
