Pet care experience
I’ve always had multiple pets my whole life from a young age, learned responsibilities by feeding, grooming, walking, entertaining, training and medically providing for all my pets and any animal in my care. I have experience working in multiple vet clinics throughout my childhood as I was a pre-vet major up until junior year of college so I have a lot of experience with all kinds of animals and medical knowledge as well. I now have my own dog, Appa, who is 2 that I raised from a puppy and am currently self training.

Amazing sitter! Really cared for Shadow. He was having some separation anxiety and tried her best to cater to his needs. She communicated amazingly and Shadow really warmed to her!!?

I'll admit I was apprehensive about leaving my pet with a stranger. Sydney was great. I truly feel the love she has for animals and my dog Legend. She was such a great sitter, I felt like I needed to be a better client. I was last minute and late. Between all the pictures of my dogs stay and her talking to me, I was then just worried my dog wouldnt want to come home. I feel like Legend was treated as if he was her very own. Definitely will take him to her house again.

I have a 1 bedroom apartment and i live with my 2 year old fur baby named Appa! I have an apt with room for some zoomies and room to play with toys, I have a balcony if they like being outside and my buidling also has a small dog park on the roof with 2 fenced circular yards lined with turf so they can run around at a mini park as much as they want!

A typical day
I have plenty of all of kinds of toys to play with, puzzle games, and treats! My apartment has a fenced dog park on the rooftop with a lot of agility equipment for dogs to train and play on! I love to take my dog up there as well as down the street to Centennial Park.

Availability
I am currently a phd grad student at vanderbilt university so I have morning classes and lab work, but I live right down the road from campus (less than 5 min drive) and I always come home immediately after my classes/work to be home with Appa. Pet care fits into my daily schedule as I spend as much time as i can working from home so I can be with my dog.
